Akiyoshi Yamada

I'm a Korean Japanese, born and raised in Japan. Influenced by Confucian culture, I, as the first boy, have a uniqueness that makes me obsessed with "single-handedly supporting my family." However, in reality, I want to deeply support everyone (like family).

As such, I am researching and practicing "supportive leadership" as a theme for my own mastery.

Influenced by my attachment to my family (kids), I am interested in well-being that will connect to the next generation of society, as well as the connection between daily practice, learning, mastery and well-being.

Yihan Hu

Connection to wellbeing comes from my mastery + connection with wellbeing-related conversations as a yoga teacher before I joined Reapra.

Leoni Boyle

Leoni is the Office Manager and a Research Associate at the Wellbeing Research Centre. Leoni graduated with an MSc in Child Development and Education from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Education from the University of Cambridge. She is currently studying part-time for a PhD in Education at the University of Birmingham, focusing on autism in Viet Nam. Her research interests focus around the advocation for children, particularly marginalised children, within cultural contexts where social stigmas might act as a barrier to these individuals being fully recognised and supported within society. Her work focuses on promoting inclusive prosperity.
