James originally joined Reapra from its earliest days to help create a radical paradigm shift from hypergrowth, short-term venture capitalism to longer-term industry building. Though he brings extensive VC and business experience in digital media, marketing, and technology across Asia and North America, he ultimately found greater purpose working alongside a new generation of entrepreneurs from the ground up to navigate uncertainty, develop transformative industries, and address systemic challenges over decades.
