Raiki is the Director of Curriculum at Katsuiku Foundation, an organization whose mission is to enable people to live integrated and purposeful lives. A non-profit, Katsuiku Foundation offers workshops, training programs, curriculum and consulting to schools and organizations globally; is a sponsor for the World Happiness Report; and partners with the OECD WISE Centre in research on child and youth well-being.  

Raiki was part of the founding team at UWC-ISAK, Japan’s first full-boarding international school; is a certified trainer for the Stanford-originated Wayfinder Program, which emphasizes social-emotional learning and purpose education; is trained in adult development assessment, design thinking, systems thinking and mindfulness; and has coached/trained over 12,000 people across 50 cities worldwide over two decades.
