Laura Lynn Lee

You can call me Laura :)

Trained as a psychologist, I spent the first 2 decades of my career supporting people and organisations from various sectors including education, healthcare, academia, and people management consulting. I was fortunate to have worked with people from different walks of life through coaching, counseling and therapy, psychological trauma support, learning and education, human capital management, organisation development, research, and crisis management. While meaningful, I felt the need to move away from what I had been doing. In 2018, while completing my doctoral degree, I landed myself a role in Reapra where I unexpectedly discovered my personal life mission and mastery.

This led me to choosing my current journey of Mastery by Co-Creating with Society (MCCwS), where I am working with the deeper purpose of contributing to the betterment of society for the future generations.

My current practice is in pursuit of co-creating interconnected systems of growth and wellbeing for the next generation through research and practice. I am energised by opportunities to catalyse the connection of individuals, communities, and organisations towards purposeful transformation and sustainable wellbeing. In doing so, I hope to contribute to building a society where we can have a more integrated and holistic approach towards work and life, as people learn to live more constructively with one another and with nature.
