Masato NIHIRA is the CEO of Slogan Inc.

After interning at Slogan and then working at DeNA from 2010, where he launched several projects, Masato NIHIRA returned to Slogan in 2016. He became the CEO in 2023.

Currently, he is focused on implementing a well-being-oriented management style that balances the intrinsic motivation of employees with the company's operating profit, a philosophy he is actively exploring and applying within the company.
