Trading now for over 12 years as Improveon, David Green helps improve personal, team and organisational wellbeing through his coaching, speaking and writing.

His book ‘The Age of Wellbeing’ - A new leadership model for a happier world has been referred to as a “leadership bible”, “A vision for a better world”, “A must read for any progressive leader” and an “Essential read for anyone in the workplace wellbeing space.”

As part of his mission to transform the way we measure organisational success he created the Wellbeing Designed Organisation Workshop and an approach to enable better organisational decision making and impact measurement called The Production of Wellbeing and Net Wellbeing Score.

In his work as Chair of Trustees at the Network of Wellbeing he is steering an initiative to connect, support and inspire community focused UK individuals and organisations so that interconnected social, environmental and economic wellbeing is recognised and prioritised at all levels of society, leading to healthier communities and ecosystems.
