We will be using the Hulic Square Fukuoka Tenjin Conference Rooms. These are located in the same building as The Gate Hotel Fukuoka by Hulic. The meeting room will be on the 5th floor of the building.

The venue is very close to Tenjin Station, so if you plan to come in-person we would recommend staying near Tenjin Station or a station that travels directly to Tenjin. Alternatively, you can take a car - taxis and Uber are both popular options for travelling by car in Fukuoka.
