Inspired by the power of people with vision and determination to make the world a better place, Fan has spent the last 20 years working to connect, engage, and catalyze innovators and changemakers in the Asia-Pacific region and around the world.
Fan co-founded the Global Links Initiative in 2003, a nonprofit organization that first introduced the concept of social entrepreneurship to China. Since then, she has been involved in a series of cutting-edge, cross-country partnerships in the fields of philanthropy and social innovation. Since 2020, her interests and work have expanded to include climate action, sustainable tourism, and community well-being.
Fan is the co-editor-in-chief of the Chinese edition of the Stanford Social Innovation Review. She also serves as the East Asia Regional Representative for Alliance.
