Reapra Dialogues
The Reapra Dialogues were created in the spirit of bringing together a community of people who are connected to our long-term vision. In doing so, we seek to involve multiple perspectives in creating a north star for long-term wellbeing and co-developing actions towards impacting the future wellbeing of people and planet, for the betterment of society.
To understand why we care about this, we wanted to share a bit more context about Reapra.
About Reapra
Reapra was founded about a decade ago with a mission to co-create industries for the betterment of society through research and practice (in fact, our name 'Reapra' was derived from 'Research & Practice'). This is a long journey. But with our growing communities of next-generation leaders that are coming together in our ecosystem, we are now, more than ever, excited to make possible a future society that we are collectively building as we learn, grow and transform together.
At Reapra, we are trying to influence societal change by shaping new forms of entrepreneurship. We believe it is important for societal change to be co-created with society rather than in isolation from it, and that such change needs to consider the next generation and beyond. And we see new forms of entrepreneurship and industries as having an important role in influencing present-day society. This is why we seek to co-create future industries that are focused on the long-term of people and planet through our process of research and practice. We will explore this further in our next post about Reapra’s mission statement.
On a more concrete level, we have already started to reimagine what it means to build businesses and industries by nurturing the next generation of visionary entrepreneurs. For example, unlike conventional methods that prioritise ideas first, our approach focuses on cultivating individuals—future founders who aim to tackle systemic challenges and create meaningful societal impact.
